There is no honest single number, because the price is driven by things we can only see in your house: the size of the bathroom, whether the layout and plumbing move, the tile and fixtures you pick, and what we find once the old surfaces come off. What we do give you is a written, itemized quote after a free walkthrough, with materials, labor and dates separated, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
It depends on the scope and on how quickly materials arrive. The schedule is part of your written estimate before we start, with a start date and a finish date, and we tell you straight away if something changes. A crew that cannot commit to dates is a crew that will leave your kitchen open for a month.
Yes. We are a licensed and insured remodeling contractor based in Katy, TX 77493. Ask us for the documentation at the walkthrough and we will show it to you.
No. The walkthrough and the written estimate are free, and there is no obligation after it. We would rather you compare us properly than feel pushed.
Our own crew. We do not hand your house to a subcontractor you have never met. You get one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final sign-off, and a direct line to the person running your job.
Every day, not just at the end. You are living in the house while we work, and we treat it that way.
